Self-contained spec for the next agent to land the editable→ non-editable install switch and the root-ownership flip on /opt/left4me/src. Prereq for the deployment-responsibility brainstorm: target-side symlinks from /etc/... into the checkout's deploy/files/ only become safe once the checkout is unwritable by the left4me user.
