fix(roundcube): wait up to 120s for IMAP responses

Roundcube fell back to php's default_socket_timeout of 10s, while moving
50 messages out of a 46k-message maildir inbox takes Dovecot about 35s;
the move succeeded but Roundcube reported it as failed.
