Continuation of round 1. Five commits: two new bundles/AGENTS.md Pitfalls (file: source basename, git_deploy gotchas) and three bundle READMEs (letsencrypt operational, bind apply-both, nginx new file). Diverges from the handoff on placement: gaps 7-9 go in bundles/AGENTS.md not items/AGENTS.md, since items/AGENTS.md is scoped to custom item types only.
